Rental Process

*If your date is available you, we can reserve the inflatable for you.  We will need your contact information and we will send a reservation confirmation via email.*

  1. Do you require a deposit? NO
  2. Do you have a cancellation fee? NO
  3. How long can I have the rental for? We do not block out times, you can have the rental for how long you need it. 
  4. Do you guys deliver? Yes, Click here: Delivery available in the following areas
  5. What is a Reservation Confirmation? It is a receipt sent via email to you highlighting the information you gave to us for your event.  Please review the reservation to be sure we have the correct information and dates.
  6. When do I recieve my contract? 4  days prior to your event.
  7. What do I do with the contract? You have the option to pay online via the contract or you can skip that and simply sign the rules you have read over. 
  8. How do I pay? You can pay online via the contract or at time of delivery, you can also pay cash at the time of delivery. NO CHECKS- Exception- business checks only
  9. How will I know when my rental will be delivered? You will recieve a text a day or two prior to your event with your time of delievery and pick up.  As well as your balance due at time of delievery. 
  10. Do you guys offer staffing for public events? Yes, at an additonal cost.

* We take reservations up to a couple days prior to the weekend. Please note that if you call for a last minute reservation we may not have availability.  Also, note the only time we will cancel any rentals would be if we expect high winds or heavy down pours. With that being said we ask that you let us know ASAP for scheduling purposes.

General Information

  • Each blower requires its own circuit.  Any normal outlet will work.  Please do not plug anything else into the outlet.  
  • We provide the extention cords.
  • Each extention cord is 100ft.
  • If it is an outside event, we prefer grass for set up.  This is much safer for the children.  
  • For set up in grass we use stakes to hold the bounce house down.
  • For pavment or inside set up, we use sandbags. For outdoor events it will take 3 sandbags per anchor.  That equals to 150lbs of sandbags.  This is a lot more work and will cost more to set up on pavement.
  • WATER SLIDES- Must have a hose hook up, we will hook it up for you as long as we have access to a hose hook up. You will need to provide the hose and water.

We are located in Chambersburg, PA.  We offer free delivery, set up, tear down and pick up in some surrounding areas.  Call or text us to find out if we deliver to you!
